hey guys, this is more of a work in progress...but I sent in in as a deviation to get everyone's feedback, so for the love of god~ comment

as some of you may know I am trying to find a signature character, as in one that can be easily spotted as my own. This is for my personal marketing work, like gallery hangs, products, etc. I have about 3 different eye styles I have experimented with trying to find a look, and here is # 4, but I really like her~ I hope you guys do too. I wanted to create a simple face and more Asian eye look, since it seems like the art movement I'm trying to run with tends to be warmer to those sort of characters....like anime-asian inspired, but not...you know?
The art of tokidoki [link] is a prime example of something I have always hoped to attain with my work~ simple character, fun elements, fun colors, nuff said Its easy to spot, easy to market, and easy to print on products. Anyway with that in mind, take a look and let me know if you have any suggestions that would make her cute or feedback.

The look I want to create for this characters identity will be East meets Retro (like 70's and 80's style, my two faves!)

Her name is Kika and her male partner ( who I am still sketching to match her style O_O ) will be Teddy. Those are the names of my two first pets (well my parents really) a cat and a dog

I want to have something about her that is the same no matter how I draw her...I have flowers on her cheeks ( like my Eve drawing, lots of people liked her so....thought I would try the flower cheeks again ) and I was thinking about her always having lots of bracelets or necklaces on...one or the other~
